Event Description

On the day that marks seven years of indefinite detention at Guantanamo, Witness Against Torture will host Hector Aristizabal at the Peace Mural. Hector is the founder of the Center for Theater of the Oppressed, an actor, director and creative artist. Hector is also a survivor of torture. See related events Jan. 12 and 13.

This event marks the finale of a day-long series of events as a prelude to the 100-day Campaign to Shut Down Guantanamo. To learn more about the campaign, go to:
